Tasting Notes

Straw-yellow color, with greenish hues. This wine has scents of crunchy white fruit, like apple and pear, and a floral aroma. Soft and present on the tongue, it satisfies the palate with its minerality, freshness, and length.


Cultivation

The grapes that make this wine are harvested mid-September in the Rubicone area, in the heart of Romagna region, both by hand and mechanically.


Vinification

The grapes are de-stemmed then pressed and undergo an eight-day fermentation period at 16-19°C.


Aging

The wine is fined for up to six months in stainless steel tanks.
