Tasting Notes
With a straw-yellow color and a light greenish hue, this wine reveals beautiful aromas of apple and sweet pear, complemented by a velvety, perfectly balanced palate.
Cultivation
Harvested in early September.
Vinification
Destemmed and traditionally pressed. Fermentation takes place in 300 – 1600 hL tanks at 18 °C for 8-10 days. The wine is stored in stainless steel tanks for 3-4 months before bottling.
