Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow with a light greenish hue, Vino Bianco D’Italia is intense with a white fruit and a floral, fruity bouquet. A very fresh wine with good balance and acidity.
Cultivation
Machine harvested at the end of August / beginning of September.
Vinification
After destemming and pressing, the juice is fermented in 1000 hL tanks at 18°C for 10 days and stored in a stainless steel tank until it is bottled.
