Tasting Notes

The wine shows a pale yellow color. On the nose, it is fresh, with notes of apple and peach. On the palate, it is elegant and refreshing, with good acidity and a pleasant structure.

Cultivation

Hand-harvested, starting in late August.

Vinification

Fermentation occurs in stainless steel.

Aging

Aged for 4 months on the lees in stainless steel.
