Tasting Notes
A rosé of medium intensity with a persistent perlage. Fresh violets and cherries flood the glass on the nose. This is a fresh, lively, and sapid sparkling rosé.
Vinification
Soft pressing and a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (20°-22°C). Sparkling process is done using the Charmat method in pressurized stainless steel tanks.
This line of Volio sparkling keg wines was created in partnership with Enoica Wines in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. These are pleasurable, fun wines, meant to be enjoyed daily. These 20-liter Polykegs are an excellent, more efficient, sustainable option for restaurants pouring sparkling wine by the glass.
