Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow in color with light greenish hues, it shows an intense and expressive nose with aromas of tropical fruit and wild flowers. On the palate it is structured and full-bodied, smooth and well balanced, leading to a long, persistent finish.
Cultivation
End of August, beginning of September.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in 1000 hl tanks at 16-18°C for 12 days. Wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks.
Aging
Aging period 0 - 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
