Tasting Notes

A strong red wine in color, it opens with delicate floral aromas and offers a rounded palate of dark fruits.

Cultivation

Both hand and machine-picked during the second half of September.

Vinification

Vinification involves a 10-day fermentation at 24-26°C in 600/1000 hL tanks, traditional pressing and fining in a stainless steel tank.
