Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red with a violet hue, it opens on the nose with pleasant notes of cherry and strawberry. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, fresh, and smooth.
Cultivation
Hand and machine harvested at the end of August / beginning of September.
Vinification
10-day fermentation at 24-26°C in 600/1000 hL tanks, traditional pressing, and fining in a stainless-steel tank.
