Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow in color with a light greenish hue, it opens on the nose with fresh, intense aromas of yellow fruits and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is light-bodied, with bright acidity and a well-balanced, harmonious finish.
Cultivation
Hand and machine harvested at the end of August / beginning of September.
Vinification
12-day fermentation at 15-17°C in 1000 hL tanks, traditional pressing, and fining in a stainless-steel tank.
