Tasting Notes

Intense red in color, with characteristic aromas of ripe red fruits and subtle spicy notes on the nose. On the palate, it is full-bodied, warm, and dry, with pleasant tannins.

Cultivation

Harvested around the middle to end of September.

Vinification

After a 10-20 day fermentation at 25-26°C in 100-400 hL tanks, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. It's then stored in stainless steel tanks for 3-6 months until it is bottled.
