Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red in color. This wine displays fruity aromas of red berries and a fresh, well-balanced palate with a pleasant hint of sweetness
Cultivation
Hand and machine harvested.
Vinification
Harvest is followed by de-stemming, pressing, and contact with the skins for eight days. Fermentation takes place in 300-600 hL tanks at 16-19°C over eight days, followed by a second fermentation, which lasts for 15 days. The wine is stored in stainless steel tanks for up to three months before being bottled at a pressure of 2.5 bar.
