Paul Mas is a family-owned estate that has grown in just 20 years from a local winery into one of the largest privately-owned wine companies in France outside Champagne, distributing over 22 million bottles across more than 70 countries. The estate honors the legacy of Raymond Mas, Jean-Claude Mas’ grandfather, whose traditional, chemical-free farming and careful winemaking inspired the family’s approach. Today, the estate is owned by Jean-Claude Mas, and its wines exhibit a signature style of ripe fruit, balanced tannins, subtle oak, and harmonious consistency. From Arrogant Frog to La Forge Estate and Paul Mas Reserve, the winery combines respect for the vineyard with mindful innovation, including non-added sulfite wines, sustainable certifications, and creative packaging, producing wines that reflect both the exceptional Languedoc terroir and the family’s dedication to quality and tradition.
